Virtual Commerce in 3D virtual worlds – and notably Second Life® – introduces a more human and experimental web thanks to the possibility of interacting with a brand’s representative, other clients, friends, … in the 3D sales outlet. With this quantitative survey, we wanted to in-depth investigate the residents’ attitudes and usages towards shopping, with particular emphasis given to the prices and suggestions for improving the shopping experience.
